Answer Phones as they come in.
- Reroute Calls if Necessary
- Answer Customer Questions
Communicate with and Dispatch Residential Salesman
Schedule Estimates
- Enter Job(estimate) into foundation
- Enter and send calendar invite through outlook
- Update Lead List using Microsoft Excel
- Proposals and other sales documents scanned into Foundation
Sold Jobs Paperwork
- Create Install(job) in foundation plus install Dispatch (for residential department to schedule the install)
- Job Packets
- Invoice
- Warranty and national grid paperwork
- Financing
- Permits if needed must be applied for
- Any special instructions that need to be relayed to the install department
Job Completed(installed) paperwork
- Job Payment Collected
- Financing filled out and signed
- If not notify salesman immediately via email (use a read receipt)
- Does the job need to be billed out?
- Create invoice and send out (do we have a contact, if not try to get an email so we can cc the salesman)
- Mail invoice out
- Complete job in Foundation
- Apply Payment
- Scan necessary Paperwork into Foundation
- Register Warranty if needed
- Get info for National Grid together to send out to customer if needed.
- Update the lead list.
- Update Residential Sold Job Spreadsheet
- Collect everything needed and start folder for commissions
Installations for Next Day
- Call or text customers for next day
- If texting customer any customer that did not receive the text needs to be called.
Service Technician Leads
- Service Lead Spreadsheet
- Send spreadsheet to Todd Mischitelli for Service leads for Month
- Get Salesman commissions together for Review
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
