Job Function:
Responsible for the interfacing with our customers and providing the best possible service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding service questions, product problems and general client concerns
- Directing those calls which require additional support to the correct department.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers to establish a positive experience.
- Ensure that the customer data bases are maintained and current.
- Be effective in making the customer feel they are one of the "Family"
Critical Knowledge and Skills:
- The Customer Service Representative should have knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of programs in addition to Foundation Software
