Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Management personnel with all aspects of HVAC project requirement.
- Handle any paperwork for the project necessary.
- Represent the company at various project meetings and functions where their expertise is required.
Critical Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent administrative writing skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when preparing, entering and tracking job related information.
- Ability to work independently while staying on task.
- Basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Programs.
- Being familiar with “Foundation” and HVAC is a plus.
