Easiest Pumpkin Muffins Ever
- 1 box of spice cake mix
- 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Either spray your muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray, or line with cupcake wrappers. (Makes 24 muffins.)
- Mix cake mix, pumpkin puree, and water until well combined. Divide evenly among prepared muffin tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
