Nancy at the office is courteous and a big help, and Doug (tech) is a great communicator. Called them late afternoon with an A/C unit that’s struggling to keep up and they had Doug out first thing the next morning. Doug quickly identified the problem, offered some options, etc. Doug also took the time to place a call to me and talk through the diagnosis and the best way to approach the fix (as I was not the one at home during his visit). Very helpful and professional team. We’ve had a handful of different techs out at the house and have never had a bad experience or the feeling of being oversold. Recommended.
