From the earliest days in 1976 when Ted Danz and his mother Lucille first brought the original Ted Danz Heating & Air Conditioning to the Capital District, all customers have been treated like members of the family.
Ted’s commitment to family values is exemplified in the name change to Family Danz Heating & Air Conditioning once his sons Ted III, Timothy, and Todd joined the business. Through their services on the residential side of both heating and air conditioning, the Danz family strives to ensure the comfort of their neighbors year-round, keeping them warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Today, Ted III is the director of design and layout, Timothy leads the commercial department, and Todd is the day-to-day operations director. Family Danz continues to offer maintenance, repair, and replacement of HVAC equipment with a personal flare committed to working to fulfill their customers needs while staying within their budget.
Starting with a thorough home inspection, services are custom tailored for each individual situation, focusing on maximum safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
