Steven Ditschler and Matt Trainor of your plumbing division recently came to our aid in repairing a broken pipe in our cellar which was draining out water. Steven reassured us he would have it under control in no time and proceeded to expertly repair it in a very short time. While repairing the pipe he discovered the plumbing under our kitchen sink had badly disintegrated and was ready to burst at any moment. Along with Steven, Matt Trainor assisted him in repairing the needed plumbing while explaining to us with a courteous and professional manner what had caused us a stressful problem and saving us from a disaster in the making.

During the new furnace installation, a knob regulating the summer/winter setting on my original Lenox humidifier was broken and Mike looked into that for me also. It was determined that the replacement part was not available and a new humidifier would be installed at no charge. Adam Stewart came to install an Aprilaire humidifier and discovered the knob from the Aprilaire would work on my humidifier, so I feel it was a win-win situation all around.

Nancy at the office is courteous and a big help, and Doug (tech) is a great communicator. Called them late afternoon with an A/C unit that’s struggling to keep up and they had Doug out first thing the next morning. Doug quickly identified the problem, offered some options, etc. Doug also took the time to place a call to me and talk through the diagnosis and the best way to approach the fix (as I was not the one at home during his visit). “Called on Friday morning and made an appointment for Monday afternoon, which was the earliest available opening they had. Jim came out, took a look at the leak and informed me that this is actually not unusual to have. It’s not a sign of anything wrong and advised me how to handle it. Since my furnace was overdue for a cleaning, he suggested rather than pay $99 for him just to come out and look at the furnace, I could pay $115 plus tax for a cleaning that was needed. I appreciated the suggestion and took him up on it. He did a thorough cleaning and educated me on some things I should know was a homeowner as it comes to my furnace. He was efficient, professional and honest. Everything I could’ve wanted.”
